Informed Consent

I am a highly trained professional, however my services are not a substitute for medical care; nor am I qualified to diagnose, prescribe, provide chiropractic services, or treat mental illness. However, it is important that my clients report all known medical conditions, injuries and medications to me.

Clients are also responsible for vocalizing their boundaries, preferences and/or concerns, and for informing me if/when they experience any pain or discomfort.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Cancelations

I understand that unanticipated things happen occasionally, but to be effective and fair to all parties involved anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment without notice will be considered a "no-call/no-show" and held responsible for the cost of their missed appointment.
